After a foggy nights jog around Mount Spring Lake it was already dark out and starting to rain. I ran to the closest place to take shelter, an old house that no one would demolish. When I got inside it was pitch black. A deep throaty voice echoed through the darkness. “My, what do we have here? He sat alone dripping from the storm, looking around as if someone was to appear. His face wrinkled with age seemed hopeful. His eyes lit up but no one was around. I sat watching him for what felt like hours. I called for the waitress and asked about him. “He’s a regular here. Him and his wife used to come here. I sat in the white padded room, tugging at my jacket. Then he showed up. “What do you think you're doing?” I looked around seeing if an orderly got into my cell, no one. “Ohh.. Simon.
